We accept assigment for services. We are an in-network chiropractic facility in the following managed care insurance companies. This is only a partial list. We also file insurance claims for auto accidents, worker's compensation and Medicare. We are a participating provider with Medicare.
POLICY ON INSURANCE We will fill out and submit all forms for your convenience. Our office will verify insurance coverage by phone in advance to determine your benefits. Please remember, the insurance company is not responsible for the bill. This is the patient's responsibility. Any amount not paid by the insurance company is the patient's responsibility.
